Council has been approved a Gazetted Special Holiday for Thursday, 26th October 2023 as Woorabinda Day. The Announcement of the Public Holiday has taken longer than usual as we organise activities for the day. It was decided to have the date of the Special Holiday aligned with the Taroom Walk that occurs every two (2).
