Woorabinda Aboriginal Shire Council is located in the heart of the business area of its' community and has approximately 60 employees, both Indigenous and Non-Indigenous. The Councillors' future vision for Woorabinda, is that it becomes self-sustainable and self-managed.
Council set out within its Corporate Plan the Vision, Purpose and Values under which it would operate as follows:
